Oh boy, I just added 3 video cards to my brand new PC.Power supply is 400 I think.
Processor is P4 2.4 533fsb 768 pc 2100 ddr ram. I have two hard drives, one 40 gig and one 80 gig, a dvd rom drive, and a cr rw drive, a nic card, onboard sounds, AGP video to start... and I added 3 PCI video cards to it.
Now to the point.... I added 3 PCI video cards to the motherboard. AFTERWARDS, THE PC DID NOT TURN ON. But, the motherboard LIGHT was on. Fans, hard drive, power supply fan would NOT turn on. The motherboard is an AOPEN with the intel 845 chipset.
Did I just cook my motherbooard? Thanks

Try installing them one at a time to see if it works at all with more than 1.

1. Why 3 video cards?
2. Are they very early Voodoo's?

The pc worked fine before I added the three video cards. Two of them were mad dog 16 mb and one was an ATI Radeon 32mb
The AGP is an ATI Rage 128 pro Ultra GL. Its old back from 1999.
When I took the cards out.. the machine still wouldnt turn on. Except for the motherboard light. I just changed the powersupply. Still does not work.

OK first let's try to get your motherboard's bios back to the original state by resetting the bios to the default settings by powering the computer down, unplugging it from the wall and moving the mobo jumper to cmos clear. Wait a minute or so, return the jumper to the original position and power up.

Jumper location is shown in your motherboard manual.
