Add space to C drive from D drive?

Specs: Windows Vista
My computer is telling me low disk space on my C drive, i do the clean up and everything but it still says it. my D drive is empty basically, is there any way to take some of the space from D and add it to C?

Looks like you save the files(picts, movie, audio) in C instead of D. Cut and paste is very easy and use Ccleaner to clean temp files.

I'd strongly recommend "copy & paste then delete" over "cut & paste". I've lost many files during the "move" process over the years when something unexplainable happened---rendering the file(s) unusable...

Good advice from kuwese & T-R-A. Consider moving the entire My Documents folder to the D: partition.
