Add a second DMA drive to a SATA drive

Specs: Windows 7, AMD atholon llx2 250u dual core 4GB DDR2
I have a eMachine ET1331G-05W it has a 750GB SATA hard drive can I add as a slave a 160GB Ultra DMA drive from a HP Pavillion a350n If so how do I go about it

If your mobo has an IDE port on it, you can use it. If not, you could buy an IDE card that fits into a pci slot on the Mobo. The transfer rate wouldn't be that good compared to SATA drives. See what your mobo has on it, but another SATA drive might be more practical.
