Specs: Windows 7
i have bought the hp pavilion g6 and i think its graphics card is the radeon 6470m so when i open the device manager it shows that i have two display adapters the first one is radeon hd 6470m and the other one is intel hd graphics family and its shown as my primary adapter but its rating in windows rate is onley 4.5 when every other thing is more than 5.7 and each time i uninstall it it re install it self and my in friend's laptop they show him that his addapter is ati radeon hd 6740m and its his primary adapter and its rate is more than 5.5 so the onley difrrence is that they put the (ati) word before the radeon sho please can any help me i dont now its a driver problem or any thing else or is that mean that the driver is a vga compatible driver or the viedo card is not detected or dont have the right driver

It looks like HP used either the Radeon or the Intel video chipset in that model. If the Intel chipset is shown as you primary adapter, then that's what you have. It's not a card, it's an integrated chip on the motherboard. You can't change it. Unless your friend has an identical laptop, you can't compare the two. ATI is the company that produces the Radeon series of graphics, so the wording is not important. The HP G6 laptop is considered entry level. You can download and install this program to get more info on your machine.

Next time try some punctuation in your post. It's hard to decode sentences that all run together.
