I was having a problem with my ACER laptop and I sent in a question to them using their "Acer Online Response System". Once you submit your question they give you a session number that consists of 9 digits. When I went back in to see if my question had been addressed yet, I input the session number but the on line input box only would accept a 5 digit number. I tried several configurations of the original number but to no avail.
Has any one used this on line message service from ACER? Do I need to go to a different web location?
Thanks folks! I always appreciate the help here on computing.net, its the best on the net I think.
