The computer keeps rebooting. It does not respond to the "F2" keyboard input to enter the bios.
Screen says: PXE-E61 Media Test Failure. Check cable.
Then it reboots and says the samt thing again.

Your Boot Order or similar settings are probably screwed up in the bios Setup. See Response 1:
