Put it in the oven...that may help (not).

Model / Age of laptop mahmoodnoor?

Are there any unusual noises coming from laptop? Loud hard drive noises, fan noises, etc?

Lights on the laptop, what lights light up, are there any flashing lights in sequence?

If it doesn't power on, is it the LCD screen that doesn't come on, or the power on the laptop that doesn't come on, both?

Why are you putting the laptop in the refrigerator/freezer?

It's very hard to say what the issue might be w/o looking at the laptop, but it could be as simple as a bad power supply, or a frayed power supply cord, or the female power connector on the motherboard could be cracked or have bad contacts, or it could be a bad laptop switch (power button)...or it could be a more complicated issue involving the motherboard.

"and with anger i put the laptop in refrigerator for 15min and it began working properly"

Why would you put it in the refrigerator? I wasn't going to reply to this but saw you did this twice and I just had to reply. Try this.
Turn your oven on bake as high as it goes let the oen heat up to what it's set to. Take the laptop put it on the top rack. Let it bake 45 minutes. This should fix your problem.

Just because the OP does not come back in 3 or 4 days to reply, does not mean he will not come back and reply.
