My computer, randomly crashed and i got a black screen with white text saying:

It's trying to boot off a network...check your BIOS settings.

You have to press the appropriate key (or keys) immediately upon bootup, that will bring up the BIOS menu. It's possible that your HDD died & the system is attempting to boot off the next device in the boot order (network) or it could be that your BIOS battery died & the BIOS reset itself. You won't know until you have a look. Try F2 or DEL.
Summary: The error message 'ERROR 0200: Failure Fixed Disk' indicates a problem with the hard drive. Or at least the bios thinks that's where the problem is. But I did come across this: http://www.computing....
