Solved Acer eRecovery error message.

Specs: Windows 7
I am trying to port my OS to a new HDD using the built-in Acer eRecovery program. I loaded the 1st disc fine and it got to 41%. I then inserted the second disc and it got to 75% when I received an "error=23" message and the restore failed. Any suggestions? I have to finish this by the 7th.

Hope it helps.

Incidentally, "porting your OS to a new hard drive" may sound impressive and geeky, but is technically the wrong expression. You are merely installing it.

"Porting" is the process of re-writing/re-coding an application to allow it to run on an entirely different device, platform or operating system.
