access denied to floppy n cdrom

hey all, the problem i'm having is this... When logged in using a Limited account, i cannot access any floppy disk or any CD's. I get an error message stating "Access Denied". But when i;m logged in thru an Administrator Account, i can access both of them.
I have checked my Local Security Settings and did not find anything wrong. Does anyone of you know whats wrong?
