I have been told by dell that the problems I am experiancing are to a faulty hard drive. I have purchased a new one (not from dell) and have installed it. The system wont recognise the new drive and I want to access the bios to reconfigure. How do I access the bios?

Try pressing F2 or DEL at start up.

But, I think your problem, is to do with SATA drivers.

UK MP's are thieving scumbags.
