What is happening? I downloaded the zip file from the Australian site and instructed to unzip to the desktop. When finished it wasn't on the desptop. I looked in C:\Windows\desktop and found the pdf. I can email the PDF file to you if you send your email by private message here.

I just tested it & it works fine. The zip file is 1.75MB. When you unzip it, the folder contains a file named bm6.exe. Double click on it & it will place a PDF file (bm6e.pdf) on your desktop. You'll need Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader to be able to read it. Worked fine for me. I'm looking at the manual right now...it has 84 pages. What is it that you need to know?

The manual won't cover that. Do you even know if there is a BIOS update that will do that?

You should have asked about BIOS updates to start.

Look at the link below. Follow the instructions precisely or you will render the computer unusable. Be sure to follow all instructions including how to backup the old BIOS file.

There are TWO files involved. The flash file itself and the flash utility. You need to match them up. Everything you need is at that link.

Just to add to the above...you do NOT have to flash each BIOS in succession. Just use the latest BIOS file available (BIOS ID: TZ). It contains all the prior updates.
