Here's the deal. I have a pretty nice setup:
A8N-SLI Deluxe
1GB Crucial Ballistix
BFG 6800GT OC
Seagate 250GB SATA HD
DVD Burner + Floppy Drive

I'm pretty adept when it comes to computers, but this one just escaping me and before I do any random RMAing, I wanted to see if anyone out there could help.

So here are the issues:
1. Black Screens. Sometimes I get a BSOD and computer just dies, other times I don't even get that. Computer just stops sending signal to the monitor and hangs on. Can only power off with power button and afterwards will not POST right away. After clearing the remaining power in the computer by flipping the I/O switch and powering up, it will sometimes turn on. Other times it decides to just sit and beep while the ASUS voice POST tells me memory test, system failure. OK, simple enough, memory error right? I don't think so... Ballistix is supposed to be exceptionally compatible with this motherboard and up until about a week ago, I had zero problems.
2. Graphics Card issues. Sometimes after a reboot, my computer will not sense there is a graphics card installed and will act as such. I have no idea what this is about and a reboot usually fixes it.

So, you're thinking, he needs to check all his connections, re-seat everything, etc.. That's all done already and I'm still getting problems. Nothing is overclocked, nothing is overheating (or even close) and I am at a total loss as to why my computer just randomly stopped functioning properly. You're also probably thinking about my power supply, but I assure you it's good. It's a 480W approved Antec power supply by AMD and nVidia, so I have no idea what is wrong.

Anyone here think they can help me out? Thanks.

I wasn't thinking either of those things. I was thinking listen to your post "ASUS voice POST tells me memory test, system failure"
Yes it might be "exceptionally compatible", but that don't mean you have a bad ram chip. Download memtest and run it overnight. If it fails, replace it. Or just RMA it and the problem has an 80% chance of going away.
Good luck.

And does the Ram have a heat sheild? Do the memtest86.com like mentioned and see.

Already did the memtest to make sure it wasn't the RAM. Out of 12 passes, there were zero errors.

You said 12 passes, yet your first post states it is intermittent (at least that's the impression I got from it)
If that's the case, I still say run it overnight

Run the memory test overnight, like Angrymen 2001 suggested.
