Hey guys! how would i disable the sound on my new Asus A7N8X Deluxe board because i have got a Creative Audigy and would rather use that and would like to disable the onboard sound. so if u guys can help thanks alot

In the BIOS Select Advanced tab Select Integrated Peripherals Select AC97 Audio Controller Select Disabled

Hi Atanu, Go into the bios and disable references to the sound. However even if you don't do this I think that your soundcard will be detected anyway. However FYI I have a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and so far I find the Nvidia sound pretty good in comparision. What do you think? Gary
