I am having problems with the integrated LAN cards. Here are my Specs: A7N8X Deluxe XFX 5600 Ultra 128 video D-Link wireless LAN card Gig of Ram 120 gig IBM HD When I try to connect to a router the 3Com port blinks but I have no such luck acessing the router or internet. When I try to connect using the Nvidia port it will connect, but the connection is so insanely slow it is impossible to use. Bubble does pop up in XP when active an LAN wire is plugged in saying there IS a network connection. I have so far removed wireless card / turned off all firewalls / tried assigning DNS and IP address / enabled remote / enabled file sharing / installed uninstalled NICs / turned on off NICs in bios / checked connection with another computer / reinstalled network drivers / reinstalled windows (not fresh) I have not flashed the bios yet. This is not my computer so I do not know abuse level. It still is not clear to me whether this is a software or hardware issue. I don't know whether reinstalling windows mattered because it was not a fresh install. Please Help
