My power supply is going to the great computer store in the sky. I am going to get a new power supply and I need a new cooling fan as well.
What is a good name brand for a good case cooling fan? What features should I look for? Do you recommend any good 380-400watt power supplies?

I use Coolermaster and have been happy with them. They might cost a buck or two more, but they're quiet and reliable.

I'd look at the recommended psu's and fans at www.silentpcreview.com ...they review products, with an emphasis on being quiet.
The size of your PSU is determined by your equipment, and what you plan to get in the future. If your system is relatively new, then a 400w should do just fine.
Before I found their reviews, I ended up with a PSU that was as loud as my vacuum...literally (it doesn't surprise me that newegg.com dropped them...)
