I have some knowledge of building computers, however I had to give in and buy a complete system. I've only gone as far as to build 400fsb systems and used DDR memory. Now my question is this... Everest shows the memory in this system as being DDR2-533 (266 MHz), is this right for an 800fsb. It doesn't seem to be but I don't know for sure. I've never worked with DDR2. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The info is correct..

DDR being Double Data Rate which equals 266 x 2 = 533

same as the 800fsb its 200 mhz per 1 clock cycle x by 4 = commonly refered to as a quad pump ..

Hope that helps
