Hey, I have a Gigabyte 6600 256MB graphic card and an SLI motherboard. I'm quite low on budget so I can choose to buy another 6600 and SLI my system or buy a 7600GT and sell my old 6600, which will be a bit more pricy, but no matters. What is better performance? And, which 7600GT is better, Leadtek or Gigabyte (these are the only 2 the shop here sells). Thanks in advance, Oz.

6600's in SLI will give you more performance then one 7600GT, but the geforce 7 series supports HDR unlike the 6 series... and if you buy a 7600GT you can later allways add another one which will give you the performance of about a 7900GT... Are you sure 6600 SLI gives more power than single 7600GT?

ummm, nope. A 7600GT will whoop two vanilla 6600's. Heh, sorry comper. But in the same charts the 7600GT still beats the crap out of the two 6600GT's in 3DMark06. Ok i'm sorry maybe i'm wrong.. but i said this because i once had a 6600GT setup and that scored about 6500/7000 and my bro now has a 7600GT that scores 6000, But it could be that the rest of his system is bottlenecking it and that it can do more than that...
