5700Ultra or 9800Pro??

CPU/Ram: P4 2.4ghz/512mb

I can't decide on either of these cards. I have always owned Nvidia, but i read that the ATI cards are better for HL2. I also couldnt find any reviews that compared these 2 cards, so could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

i have a 9800 pro and i love it i have had it for a while now and im tryin to overclock it to a xt. i have bin told it is easy to do
