Okay,

This is my second posting on here about this now before I informed everyone that I had a P3 1Ghz but I found out that it is a 650mhz as per what the chip said on the bottom of itself. Anyway I pulled out everything individually and tried to fire up the pc and got nothing but 4 beeps I don't know what's wrong I get no postings of any kind just the beeps.

I went to www.pchell.com and had no luck finding my mobo manufacturer the mobo is a Kobian KOB 630E FSFX Motherboard and I don't know what bios it is running as I got it off a friend who was sick of it always giving him problems.

If you need anymore info i'll be checking this query regularly as I really want to get this thing fixed.

Thanks
Craash

You probably should go to Kobian and download the manual for your motherboard:

If you can find out the bios type, the following site might help decoding the beeps.

If the beep sequence is one long and three short ones, most likely it is ram related.

According to Kobian, one long and three short is probably video related:

I thought three beeps (one long and two short was the beep code for video, anyhow reseat both your memory and the video card.
