350 watts enough?

p4 2.4ghz 2gb rdram geforce4 4600 128mb dvd-rom cd-rw 100gb hard drive 4 case fans cold cathode light any other basics
350 seems a little sparce, but a case i want comes with one, it would be more to buy power seperately u know...but like is 400 even enough?
really itll probably be 512rdram, and 54mb geforece4, but i want to be able to upgrade.

First I think it's a good idea to go with 512MB. Unless you do something incredibly memory intensive you won't notice the difference and you can always upgrade later.
350 should be enough if it's a quality PS but the 400 is recommended if the price difference isn't too great.

i dont intend to buy an athlon...i dont get it.
i already considered the athlons, but amd let their success go to their head. i liked amd because they provided quality at a low price. now that amd is actaully getting more expensive, i love intel again. maybe a stick crash with sway my affection towards amd again.
