I am purchased 32 GB kingstone pen drive, but it not formatted or it does not store the data.

sir plz give me any idea for that

Open Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Computer
Management/Disk management. See if the drive is listed there
and that you can partition/format it etc.

If it won't then Kingston are usually very good at exchanging
faulty goods, but note that Kingston are one of the most
frequently counterfeited brands and if you've bought it cheaply off
EBay or wherever then you may be unlucky.
