Hi guys...i was just wondering if I could install an AMD XP 3200(32-Bit) on Asus K8V Deluxe...is it possible to do that?? cuz at the moment I cant afford buying the 64-bit cpu now and my video card is overkill for the whole system (3DMark 03 only 7789) =(...well your advice will be truly appreciated...thanks...

64 and 32 bit CPUs require different sockets. So the answer is no.
