300 watt powersuppy good for Athlon

Hi have a Athlon 1700xp. Is 300 watt's good for my setup?

ECS K7VMM motherboard
Athlon XP 1700
geforce 420 MX
30 gig 7200 rpm WD
32x 12x 40x CD burner
Floppy Drive
Two fans

I have a 300watt power supply and I have 3 HDs, DVD, CDRW, TV card, sound card, 3 NICs & GeForce. So I suppose you won't have any problems with your configuration.

All depends on the output of each of the psu's rails. I.e. the 3.3,5 and 12 volt rails. A PSU with a total combined output on the 3.3 and 5 volt rails of 180 watts should be good enough.
