I have a 300watt power supply and I have 3 HDs, DVD, CDRW, TV card, sound card, 3 NICs & GeForce. So I suppose you won't have any problems with your configuration.

All depends on the output of each of the psu's rails. I.e. the 3.3,5 and 12 volt rails. A PSU with a total combined output on the 3.3 and 5 volt rails of 180 watts should be good enough.
