It takes three mouse clicks to close things. I can see the computer working when I click the mouse, then it stops and stays on the same page. On the third time it seems to registar and close the window????

Obvious question perhaps: Have you tried another mouse?

It is not the mouse because the computer is responding. I can tell that it is thinking about it, and then just says done and it is still on the same page. It is always three mouse clicks.

Seems like "things" the dude is talking about is a browser window? I have a wireless mouse that does about the same thing and a couple of wired that don't.

Like Jennifer said, I'd try a different mouse. You currently have no idea if it's the problem or not.

Who cares? A computer will respond with no mouse whatsoever attached. Maybe your left click button sucks...you need to find out and another known good mouse is the way to find out.

Ill try a new mouse. I was hoping someone else had this problem. Ill buy a new one and see. It just seems odd that it is always three clicks. It can be fast or slow clicks. Thanks.
