Hello all,
I'm hoping someone here has the answers to the question that intel themselves could'nt answer. I bought 9 x new 233mmx cpu's on ebay which turned up today & the first thing i noticed is the stepping + running voltage were odd to say the least.
SL2Z3/1.9v. I cannot even find a reference to it on google.
Thanks.

The desktop version of the 233MMX runs at 2.8v, the mobile version runs at 1.9v...are you sure about that spec number?

Well, the FV80503233 number is definitely for a 233MMX, but the 1.9v means it's a mobile CPU. I can't find anything for the SL2Z3 number either

I emailed intel about it & this was their reply.

Hello Ken,

Thank you for contacting the Intel(R) Museum.

For references to the Intel(R) Pentium Processor with MMX(TM) Technology documentation, please refer to:
http://www.intel.com/design/archives/Processors/mmx/ .

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,
