New one on me.

Why would you use a flammable solvent/oil on a computer?

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, Make an autorun.inf folder on all usb drives.

".....i removerd the cpu and using WD40 and heat 100 C in VGA Section one laptop...."

Why you would do that to any computer is beyond my understanding.

HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - BIOS Beep Codes

The beep pattern probably indicates a video problem and the computer's bios is probably based on the code for an Award bios version.

If you get no display but the computer seems to be working otherwise, that problem may be caused by a dead or failing backlight or voltage inverter, or the wiring to the display in the lid may be broken.
That MAY generate your error beep pattern.

Try plugging a monitor into the VGA port, when the computer is shut down, then booting to see if the display is then normal on the external monitor. You may NOT get the beep pattern when you do that.
