A friend keeps getting hacked in spades when she is about to win (only happens when she is about to win a game - of course not always) so I am convinced it is a hacker. I have installed a firewall but it doesn't seem to help.

Any suggestions on what I can do ? It's really frustrating. Thanks in advance.
