possibly 800x600 medium/low settings if its the 128 bit version

I'm running a GeForce FX 5600 Ultra 128mb on a Gigabyte mobo with AGP 8x, with 1 GB of PC2100, an Athlon XP 1800+ @ stock speed. I average about 50 fps on 1024x768 high settings, but dips down to 25-30 when the action gets hairy on screen.

It's really not necessary to get 256mb of RAM...especially on an "LE" board. Save yourself some money & get the 128mb version
I'm not an Intel guy, but if I was to buy a P4 board, I'd get one that supports 800FSB & dual channel memory. I think your's runs at 533FSB with single channel memory, so the memory is gonna be the bottleneck in your system
