Comment: Received XFX geforce 6600 GT graphics card. The Quick Installation Guide under "Resetting current graphics card with Windows" says: "Go to Control Panel - Display - Settings - Advanced - Adapter - Change" 1. What is the purpose of this step? 2. How do you do this under Windows XP Home? (There is no "Change" on the Adapter panel.) Thanks!

Reply: (edit)If ATI or Nvidia on your old card, go into add/remove programs, and remove the video card drivers. If not, go to device manager, right click the video card, and click uninstall. Power down, insert new card, and power up. Please help survivors of Hurricane Katrina!www.redcross.org
