Tell your friend to patent the idea, soon he should be a very rich individual - unless ofcourse he's not really 'making a laptop in to a xbox/psp' because it's simply NOT possible.

There is a video knocking about of 'windows on an ipod', it looks great, but is clearly a video of the windows desktop put onto an ipod, they're even using a stylus!
