Detailed comp. specs below. Triple-core processor at 2.1GHz.
I've been having this problem for awhile now. This problem only happens with WoW, no other game has this problem, or atleast I can notice. It still happens even with the latest patch. I have 60-70+ FPS, very low latency (around 20ms), and low CPU usage. Basically, to describe it in words, the gameplay acts like its running at 5 fps, constantly skipping, but at random times. So the skipping occurs multiple times a second but it's random. Here's a video of my problem: http://video.google.com/videoplay?d... I also have a photo of SpeedFan charting the 12V located here http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2006... Please help. I'm not sure if its my graphics card or my power supply. But I have high framerates and low CPU usage and my game stutters.
What I've Tried:
- Updated all drivers (supposedly).
- Tried running without startup applications running.
- Tried changing video settings, lowered graphics to lowest etc... still stutters.
- Tried everything basically.Detailed Specs:
