How about the fact that you're asking about a laptop? Laptops don't make good gamers unless you buy one that's specifically designed for that purpose.

"1.80 GHz x2 = 3.60GHz"

Your CPU does not run at 3.60GHz. It has two separate cores, each running at 1.8GHz...their clock speeds are NOT combined.

The Geforce 7150M isn't a good video "card" for gaming but it *should* handle a game like WOW:

Check for viruses, spyware & useless programs loading at startup & running in the background.

The strange thing is that 5-6 months ago I was playing WoW and other games for example NFS Carbon, or NFS Most Wanted completely normal... but now they have very low fps. I reinstalled Windows, but it's the same... :(

Did you completely wipe the HDD & start from scratch? Did you install all the latest drivers & run Windows update?

You should still run MSCONFIG & disable useless programs from loading at startup. CCleaner is another program you should have & use regularly.

It might be overheating because when i start the computer and turn the game on it goes well for 10-15min. and usually it goes well for about 1-2 min. Now i placed a Ventilator(not sure if it's called like that in english :) ) and i will try that way

Glad you figured it out, but don't stop there. Your laptop is overheating for a reason...find the cause & fix it. Most likely it's because of dust buildup in the vents & cooling fan. Try blowing it out with compressed air.
