I just purchased the Microsoft Wirless Desktop Comfort Edition, keyboard mouse combo today. Unfortunately, I find it to be a pain in games.
When i hold down say the W to walk for too long, it stops, and I have to repress it to activate it again.
I did some google searching, to the effect of "Micosoft Wireless Keyboard Comort Edition Gaming". I found many threads about people having a problem gaming with this particular keyboard.
However, when I take this keyboard back tomorrow, I am thinking, I may still want to go wireless, because, the next keyboard up that I'd be willing to buy is the Logitech LX700. When I type in google, "LX700 Gaming", I can't find any positive or negative reviews...
I guess my point is, is my keyboard glitched, or all wireless keyboards sucky for gaming? Can someone here with a wireless let me know! Thanks!!

I purchased two wireless keyboards and mouse from Logitech and Microsoft but returned them both due to gaming problems. I couldn't get rid of the split second lag that got me killed in games like BFV, COD, MOH, etc. I suppose they are okay for slower paced games

i have that problem.. its because the signal reciving thinggie can only handle 1 signal at a time.. so holding down W will stop the mouse from moving, my soloution was use a normal microsoft mouse =)

I wanted to let you all know the LX700 KB/Mouse combo does not seem to lag on gaming! I hope it lasts! I've only had time to try Quake 3 so far, but it's been great! YAY!
Plus the LX700 has a charging cradle for the mouse, muy sexy!

I have been using the Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0 along with the Wireless Multimedia Keyboard for around 3 or 4 months now and I have no exprianced any problems with it. I play FPS games alot and I have not notices any problems or lag. I really dont understand why gaming with wireless devices is so outlandish. Anyway just wanted to say that that keyboard and mouse combo might be a good choice but the mouse might take some getting used to becuase of its strange shape.
