wireless ISP gaming

Specs: Vista Home Prem 64bit, i7 2.66ghz/6gig ddr3 1600
My new build is incompatible with my old DSL modem. Their tech support really irritated me. I am considering switching to a wifi ISP available in the area. DSL was 10mbs, the wifi offers 1mbs and 3mbs service ($35/mo difference). I want to play CoD 4 & 5 online. Will I be happy with wifi?

My daughter has a wireless connection on her laptop and she has never had any problems with it. The only thing you have to make sure of is that you have good anti-virus protection software because with a wireless or broadband connection you are on the internet immediately even if you're not browsing or playing. Make sure your firewall is up and you have an anti-malware program, but other than that, you should be really happy with wireless as the connection, from my experience, is very good. Between 1 and 3 is your choice, just keep in mind that very few actually run at 3 due to traffic on the system. I would try 1 first as you can always upgrade.
