Windows Display Driver
The ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functinality. The next time you reboot the machine a box will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about this failure to Mirosoft.

i have a toshiba satellite model number a45-s120. the error occurs when i try to play Delta Force Black Hawk Down. my display adapter is an "Intel(R) 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller" I was also wondering if anyone knows of a website or company that makes aftermarket graphics cards for laptops if you do know please e-mail me at chquirk@cox.net and by the way this problem with my graphics card just started and i used to be able to play fine on this computer going on 3 months now but the past 2 days i have had this problem thanks for your help....

Download the appropriate drivers from this site...

http://www.intel.com/design/software/drivers/platform/

Go to device manager, uninstall the device, reboot, and install the downloaded drivers.

That game is over 2 yrs old & the hardware requirements aren't all that intense.

"Minimum - Pentium III 500 MHz equivalent, 192MB RAM, Direct X Version 8.1+, Direct 3D video card with 32MB, Windows Compatible soundcard, 4X or Greater CDRom

Recommended:
Pentium III 1.0 GHz equivalent, 256MB RAM, Direct 3D video card with 64MB"

You cannot upgrade the video card in your laptop...the only way to do it would be to buy a new laptop. You may be able to go into the BIOS & allocate more system RAM to the onboard graphics though

ASUS A7N8X-X
Athlon XP 1800+
8.5 x 200MHz
1024MB PC3200 2.5-3-3-7
Asus A9550GE/TD 128MB
WinME/WinXP Pro SP1
