Will this pc work for Sims 3 + all expansions

Specs: Windows 7
Hello, I am wanting to buy a gaming pc that will run sims 3 + all expansions on max settings and hopefully future ones too. I am on a budget and hoping I am getting the best bang for my buck with this, but I'm not all that computer savy so I wanted to double check. This is a pc from iBuyPower and is $1072.

Go with an LGA-1155 2000 series CPU, board based on the P67 chipset, & choose a decent brand name power supply. Do NOT choose a PSU based solely on wattage! iBuyPower doesn't even list the brand or specs of the "1000 Watt -- Extreme Gaming Series". Read the following:
