Being that the game isn't out yet, we really don't know.
But I'm gonna take a wild guess: no. Intel video cards haven't exactly been known for its gaming performance.

The Intel GMA X3000 is more on-par with the Nvidia Geforce 61xx series in overall benchmarks. So that should give you a hint right there about its preformance and how it will play on Halo 2 when it comes out.
ATI's latest IGP the RS690 seires is based on the X1250 which speaks for itself.
Don't look for Nvidia to come out with something that's big either. Their next IGP the MCP7x series will be based on the Geforce 7300 series.
