I have 1.25gb of ram and geforce ti4200 (graphics card not the best) . My cpu speed is 2.67ghz. Will these games be able to run on my pc: Call of Duty 2, Doom 3 & Battlefield 2142?

Yes for Call of Duty 2 and Doom 3 at low-mid settings only. Res about 800x600 max to maintain frame rate at 25fps. I don't think Battlefield 2142 will even run. even if it does it will be too lagging to even play so try to get better card before you get the game.
