I have broadband but on every game I go on I get ridiculously high ping, even on local servers. Does anyone know why as it's really pissing me off. Thanks

high ping is not just due to the bad internet connection. video lag, sound lag, virus, spyware, worms, or so on, could cause the high ping. not enough Ram could cause the problem too. P4 3.2GHZ

I don't get lag on CS:S, but I get stuttering all the time and it's really annoying. I get lag on BF1942 and Unreal 2004 and sometimes get a connection error. I dunno what's up with my connection, it was fine on my old computer.
what does it say

It usually just says "connection error" or something along those lines, it differs depending on what game it is.

"Republicans in Congress are moving to ratify a constitutional amendment to ban flag burning, thus ending the Iraqi insurgency."
On one of the tests it said I was 'unpingable'
The rest I didn;t understand
