Solved Why does my PC freeze when I play games?

Specs: Windows XP

Hi all....Can anyone solve my problem?
Everytime When I start some PC game (like: Flatout 2, FIFA 07, Pirates of the Caribbean,Need for Speed and so on...) my Computer always freezes. Actually It happen 5 or 10 minutes after I start the game and I must restart the computer,because Nothing reacts ( eg. CTRL+ALT+DELETE or ESC....) Nothing...Also I Had recently changed my Grafic Card and added 1 GB RAM Memory. My PC configuration is:
CPU Type: Intel Celeron D 326, 2533 MHz (19 x 133)
Motherboard Name: Asus P5V-VM Ultra (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN)
Grafic Card: ATI Radeon X1650 Pro (RV535)
2 GB of RAM memory

Try to reinstall video card driver(uninstall and restart the system then install the driver).

But I can"t reinstal the video card driver because it is in packet with the other components of the grafic card....if i want to reinstal i must reinstal all drivers...display,catalyst center and so on....:/ any other solutions...Thanks!

Many reason, old drivers, old hardware, pirated games etc. Can you play older games? If so, you probably need to upgrade the hardware. Celeron is not so fast CPU. Also, maybe is something from the Bios - try to set everything to default there, don't make overclocking, there's not so much gain from that.

remove the driver and install the one in kuwese link. even if you wanted to install catalyst control center, the CCC is a must install it with the driver and everything will be working fine.

computers are a second home

But the kuwese's link( for drivers) are not compactibile with my hardware...when i try to instal them some error showed me in the screen....can anyone post link for valid drivers for my grafic card??? Thanks in advance! Also today I aksed one programer what's the problem and he told me that my PC temerature is very hight because my processor is not so fast and so good and that I have to reduce the hight temperature....so I took out the lid of the computer from the left side as he told me...and for now everything is OK but I don"t think i solved the problem completly.....

As u can see your video card is listed, are u running 64bit of windows xp?

Yes your processor is weak but it should cause pc to freeze when playing games, u need to check the temperature first, use AIDA64 http://www.aida64.com/downloads (open it then computer > sensor and post the temp.

Motherboard 45 °C (113 °F)
CPU: 49 °C (120 °F)
Aux: 47 °C (117 °F)
GPU Ambient: 56 °C (133 °F)
GPU 30%
I run 32 bit windows
