you might need the latest drivers/DirectX for the card.

do they all freeze right away, or after a while? does the system freeze if you leave it up but don't game (web browsing, word processing, etc).

that temp you posted, is that at idle or under load? makes a huge difference...

I believe the NVIDIA 7200 is integrated graphics. How much of that 1GB memory is being used by the video? 1GB RAM is the minimum recommended for Win7 but personally, I wouldn't run it with less than 2GB RAM.

Here's the latest drivers for Win7 32-bit:

And here's the latest drivers for Win7 64-bit:

There's a lot of negative reviews about "Perfect Optimizer". Hopefully you didn't pay for it? I suggest you dump it & replace it with CCleaner-slim or Glary Utilities-slim (or both).

"i have vista home premium"

Then why did you list Win 7 as your OS?

"Vista home premium CD?"

What about it? You wrote that in your orignal post that you have Windows 7, not Vista. - (Currently using- Windows 7). You also listed it as your OS (OS: Windows 7) & you selected it as a tag (Tags: windows 7, Crash, Games, pc, oblivion, freezing).

1GB RAM is not enough to run Vista or Win 7 decently, especially when a portion of that RAM is being used by the integrated Geforce 7200 graphics. What you should do is add more RAM, upgrade to a *real* video card & dump that garbage Optimizer program. Make sure your system is clear of viruses/spyware/malware & that you have no unnecessary programs loading at startup. Also make sure ALL your device drivers are up to date, especially the motherboard chipset & video. And you should check your CPU temp to make sure it isn't overheating under load.
