Ok, i dont know i got some money on an EBGames gift card, like 60 bucks Canadian and i want to get some game and i dont know what. I was thinking of getting a combination of older games like maybe I could get Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto Vice City? Or should I get gta3 and battlefield 1942? Is Midnight Club 2 any good? (THese are computer games by the way). I dont know I hate all the new games. Any suggestions are welcome.

Before anyone suggests a game, it would help if you listed your system specs. No point in recommending a game that your PC isn't capable of playing. It would also help if you told us what type of games you like & which ones you already have.

well the games i listed i dont have. My pc is yeah my 21" VIEWSONIC FLAT SCREEN CRT (my pride and joy, lol( Intel Pentium 4 - 3.8 ghz 512 mb ram GIGABYTE Nvidia GeForce 6800 Ultra 256MB AGP Sound blaster augidy 2 ZS 120gb hdd Windows XP Professional 7.1 creative speakers and thats all i konw sorry by the way, i really enjoy action games. i played age of empires 3 and HATED it. so i dont like strategy games. i played Half lIfe 2 in 2005 and beat the full game and absolutely LOVED IT!!! i also played san andreas at my girlfriend's brother's house and i liked it but i already have it. As i mentioned i dont like new games. i dont know but for some reason i dont. Is STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl any good or worth buying? "that gift card has been burning a hole in my pocket for 3 years!" You'd better check to make sure it's still good. Some stores start to 'fine' you if the card isn't redeemed within 12 months. I've never played S.T.A.L.K.E.R. but the reviews I've read have been pretty good. If you like shooters, there's F.E.A.R., DOOM 3, Unreal Tournamnet, Quake 4, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell or Rainbow 6, Battlefield 2142, HL2: Episode One, among others. Check the system requirements because 512MB RAM might not be enough for some games. You may be able to download demo versions & take a 'test drive' to find one that you like.

STALKER should be interesting especially since I have Ukranian roots in my ancestry lol. Its about Chernobyl and stuff. Oh yeah thanks for the tip. I WILL check the card to make sure its still ok, but i DID use it in 2005 but I then returned the game I bought, so the 24 months after which they start fining you haven't passed YET. If you bought stalker make sure that you patch it first hand. Also check for mod comunity in FileFront for any new mod update for this game. I have this game, this game has a new feeling of life in games that I never felt before. There's also PREY & Lost Planet -- if you've got a system that's capable of running them, although Lost Planet is a much newer title. Nonetheless, if you are someone that enjoy game demos you'll like this site.
