im wondering a good version of graphics drivers i should use for windows xp. im on an old p2 300mhz. i have a nvidia riva tnt graphs card. 16mb. theres particular games i cant play because my frame rates to slow so a good set of drivers could do the trick.

Surely Windows XP isn't runnig well on that spec machine?? That's probably the source of the framerate problem!!
The latest drivers from www.nvidia.com cover all Nvidia cards and will auto-detect what you have upon installation.
The latest drivers are written to iron out bugs and improve performance on the newest cards available (Currently the 6-series), all the bugs and preformance issues with an older card such as a Riva TNT would have been ironed out years ago, so any performance benefit from getting the very latest drivers is questionable on a card that old apart from Directx 9.0c compatibility, but even then, your card is far too old to benefit.
I'd suggest switching from Windows XP to Windows 98SE to get some better performance, perhaps some more RAM too?
AMD Athlon XP2200+
Aero7 lite
512mb Crucial pc2700
Abit NF7-s V2.0
80GB Seagate SATA
120GB Seagate SATA
Geforce4 Ti4200 128mb
Benq FP767-12 17" 12ms
SB live 5.1 Digital

Even with an OS/drivers change, I doubt that it would make any difference. Your PC is too slow.

ive gone to nvidias site and it looks like they stopped support for the riva tnt. i cant find the drivers anywhere. i tried going 2 their archive link and that doesnt even work. yea i should use windows 98 but need 2 know how to install it over xp which i heard is a pain.
