PCI-express is a completely different from PCI, the only video cards you listed that will work with your computer are:

PNY GeForce FX 5500 128MB DDR PCI Graphics Card
BFG GeForce FX 5500 OC 256MB DDR PCI Graphics Card

Out of those two, the 5500 OC 256MB is faster I suppose.

Asus P4P800
P4 2.4c @ 3000 Mhz Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu HSF
ATI Radeon 9800 pro
1 GB OCZ pc 3500 ram
Sound Blaster audigy LS

1st of all, you shouldn't start a new thread!

PCI & PCI-E are two completely different things. PCI-E is that latest graphics interface & only available on newer motherboards. If you're not running a recent P4 or A64 system, you don't have PCI-E.

PCI video is old technology & the choices are limited because few use it for anymore (for graphics, that is). PCI graphics are slow & outdated.

Can't answer your question until you tell us which slot type you have, but the FX5500 is not a very good card...then again, the choices for PCI cards are few, so it may be about as good as it gets.
