Wich card is better a SAPPHIRE Radeon 9800SE 128MB 128-bit DDR AGP 8X Video Card, wich gos for $99 us or a ASUS N6600/TD/128 Geforce 6600 128MB 128-bit DDR AGP 8X Video Card, wich is $120?

Update--- found a better ati card for the price of $119.99 All-In-Wonder RADEON 9800 Pro, (128 MB)256 bit. but still same question which is better the Ati or Nvidia?

1st off, you should upgrade your RAM to 1GB.

2nd, high power video cards need to be plugged into the power supply, so make sure your PSU can handle the extra load. All the cards you listed use that extra plugin. Check the sticker & make sure you have at least 350W & no less than 18A on the +12v rail.

3rd, the Radeon 9600XT 128MB is equal to/better than the 9800SE, doesn't need to be connected to the PSU, & it's cheaper

Where can you find a 9800 Pro AIW card for under $200?

Once again, advice given without a caveat. The 6600GT is a great card, but you'll need a PSU that can handle the added load. If your PSU isn't up to it, either get a lesser card (like the 9600XT), or plan on investing in a new card AND a new PSU.
