My regards to all, as the web is developing so is the e-commerce business related to it. Most of the people make their purchase online and have some of the sites that they prefer to purchase from, on their list. I would like to know the places that you prefer to make your purchase from and why?

Sites I use for computer hardware on a regular basis:

Newegg.com
Frys.com
Geeks.com
SVC.com

Other sites I've used for computer hardware but not often:

ZipZoomFly.com
Mwave.com

Non-computer sites that I use:

Amazon.com
RockAuto.com

Why? Because of the savings & convenience.

EDIT: I guess you can toss eBay in there as well.

I have a few sites upon my list that I prefer to use while I shop. But, the most recent one I have been using is [url= http://www.herobits.com/]herobits[/... that has a large collection of books, toys, games and videos so that you can select the best from these and make your purchase according to that. You can always browse the price range feature to get products according to your budget.

amazon.com (for non-hardware)

i use these sites because they have good shipping prices and times, and reasonable product prices. Most of all, though, i use them because i've used them in the past and I know they're legit. If i found the cheapest product every time and used new sites, i would need to be wary of false sites setup to steal credit card info, poor delivery times, poor quality products, poor product backing (no support/RMA options), etc.

Better Business Bureau is usually a good place to research company reputations. If they have a poor rating (lower than a B), or if you cannot find any reference to them at all, I would be skeptical.
