Anything basic. The reason I dont play WOW is for the very very very poor visuals. Looks like I'm playing a game from the nineties.

You can get a descent Dual Core set up for pretty cheap.

is it really necessary that i use a dual core system?
0r is there anyway that i can just overclock my CPU to attain the same speed as a dual core CPU?

my CPU is AMD sempron 2600/ 2.0Ghz
mem is 512DDR2
agp is 128mb/128bit
mobo 800fsb ECS

do i need a new system or upgrade?
