what do i need 2 play cs 1.5 online

Hello every1 I have counter strike 1.5 and my question is this do i need 1.4 to play it online or what what alse do i need to download so that i can play 1.5 online i need some web sites were i can download the patch.

First of all you need a copy of half life with the latest half life patch (1.1.1.0)installed. Then once that is installed you can install counterstrike 1.5.

i bought the game and installed cs 1.5 but when i go to internet games and click on a server it says "you cannot join a server that is operating in another version.

That is probably because you're running Steam in the background. Disable it by running MSCONFIG in start-ups.

yes because had the game and i istalled 1.5 on it this made new maps and everything but when i go to internet games it was gray the latters of the servers.

can you describe your problem a bit more? wat is the patch on your cs cd? what servers do you play at? are you sure that you are using the right version(cs1005)?
