I really have no idea about this: WarCraft3 has always worked fine, now suddenly it goes all choppy and slow when the action gets going on screen. So bad it becomes unplayable. My little green "working" light on my tower whirs on as the game slows down. It seems to get worse the longer I play the game, like it's getting loaded up with memory problems(?)
My video card is NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS/GeForce Pro and it has worked fine with the game for a year. Perfectly fine. I'm using 8.1 dx, DMA is checked. I have a gig and 256mb. Windows ME.
I've tried restoring, full system checks, reinstalling DirectX, uninstalling/reinstalling the game and my video driver. I used msconfig to uncheck all non-vital start ups. There is no spyware on my system that has been found by Ad-aware nor Spybot.
Yikes. Any suggestions?

Witch Sittings do you use i WC3? Grapich?
Mabe there is a hidden App running i your windows that takes all the ram and cpu...
If you have installed the Newest drivers from NVIDIA (Detonator) then the Geforce 2 card will turn down in speed! that is a big bug with NVIDIA drivers! if your card is to old.. then they don't upgrade it that mutch and also pushes the Card to a max that will lagg it down...
Try reinstall your Grapich drivers and Look you BeOs throug... just once!
